Introduction and Binding Effect These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Zenvora International (“Zenvora”, “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and any delegate, sponsor, exhibitor, partner, or participating organization (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) registering for or participating in any event organized by Zenvora International. By confirming participation, signing an agreement, or submitting registration electronically, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This Agreement supersedes all prior communications or understandings related to the event.
Scope of Services and Event Delivery Zenvora International agrees to organize and deliver conferences, forums, and expos in accordance with published event materials. However, the Company reserves the right to modify the agenda, speakers, venue, schedule, or format when necessary to ensure professional execution. Zenvora may reschedule, relocate, postpone, or convert the event to a hybrid or virtual format due to operational or external circumstances without constituting breach of contract.
Registration and Participation All registrations are subject to written confirmation and full payment. Failure of a delegate to attend does not release the Client from payment obligations. Delegates and sponsors must comply with deadlines for submission of logos, promotional materials, and speaker information. Failure to comply may result in reduced promotional exposure without liability to the Company.
Sponsorship and Exhibitor Provisions Sponsorship agreements become binding upon confirmation and invoice issuance. Sponsorship rights, branding placements, and exhibition benefits are delivered as per agreed packages. Participation rights may not be transferred or resold without prior written approval from Zenvora International.
Fees and Payment Terms All fees must be paid within the invoice period. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of participation rights without prejudice to recovery of outstanding amounts.
Travel and Accommodation Responsibility All travel, visa, accommodation, insurance, and related expenses are the sole responsibility of the Client. Zenvora International is not liable for travel disruptions, visa refusals, or related losses.
Marketing and Use of Information By participating, the Client grants Zenvora International permission to use company name, logo, and professional information for event promotion and related marketing activities.
Data Protection Personal data is collected solely for event management and communication purposes. Zenvora International does not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
Force Majeure Zenvora International shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or political instability.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenvora International shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific event.
Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America.
